Our warranty extends to functional issues that impede the knife's intended performance.

Warranty Exclusions

While our commitment to quality is resolute, please note that our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, prying, throwing, or intentional harm.
  • Broken tips, often stemming from improper use, prying, or other forms of misuse.
  • Issues arising from improper sharpening, rust due to neglect, or inadequate care.
  • Broken, lost, or bent metal clips.
  • Any modifications or disassembly of the knife from its original form or assembly.
  • Repairs performed by sources other than RealSteel Knives, which void the warranty.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a hassle-free return policy:

  • Return the item in its original, new, and unused condition within 30 days of purchase (custom knives within 14 days).
  • To initiate a return, please contact our RealSteel Knives representatives for guidance.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will promptly process your refund or exchange.
  • Returns must not have shipping labels directly attached to the product packaging.

We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase from Real Steel Knives. To simplify the return process, we've outlined our return policy as follows:

  1. Initiating a Return: If you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your item. They will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Please prominently label the RMA number on the exterior of the box for a smooth return process.

  2. Return Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date, and the items must be in our possession within this timeframe to ensure prompt processing and its original, new, and unused condition.

  3. Packaging: To prevent damage during transit, kindly return items in their original, unused condition, complete with all factory paperwork, in the original box. Avoid shipping items in padded envelopes, as they may be prone to crushing or damage.

  4. Tracking and Documentation: Keep a record of the return tracking number for reference.

  5. Required Documentation: Include a copy of the original invoice along with a note explaining the reason for the return. Please refrain from writing on the product boxes or using tape, as this may affect return eligibility.

  6. Engraved Items: Engraved items are not eligible for returns.

  7. Promotional Items: If your purchase included a promotional item, you may choose to return the product for a refund or exchange. Refunds will deduct the promotional item's value, while exchanges will consider the item's qualification for the promotion.

  8. Return Shipping Costs: All shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable. For items with FREE shipping, the refund amount will equal the product's value minus a $15 shipping fee.

  9. Completeness of Returns: Ensure returned items are complete and include all original manufacturer packaging materials. Incomplete returns will not be eligible for a refund until all items are received.

  10. Defective Items: Defective items can be replaced within the first 30 days from the invoice date, provided they are unused. Return shipping charges for defective items are the responsibility of the customer, while we cover shipping costs for sending replacements.

  11. Incorrect Shipments: If you receive the wrong item, we will rectify the situation and cover any additional shipping costs.

  12. Return Policy Abuse: While we aim to provide exceptional service, excessive returns may incur a 25% restocking fee at the discretion of Real Steel Knives. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we are committed to addressing your needs.

Warranty at a Glance

  • Free Small Parts Warranty: Defective screws, pocket clips, and washers can be replaced at no cost, provided you have a RealSteel knife proof of purchase. Alternatively, parts can be sent from RealSteel for $15 USD.
  • Payable Repairs: Specific issues like opening mechanism problems or blade breakages are handled on a case-by-case basis. To initiate repairs, a photo and a detailed issue description are required. A $15 shipping fee is applicable when sending the knife for repair.
